Product Designer
You'll tackle startup and SME challenges by creating user-friendly interfaces for our client's business applications.
What you’re good at
- Interface Design: You know how to organize information clearly, you're familiar with web and mobile navigation patterns, and you pay close attention to accessibility in your creations. You have solid UI Design skills.
- Product Mindset: You think "product" first. You have some experience in Product Design, ideally in a SaaS or professional software environment. You know how to take a step back to get a global vision, care deeply about your product, and you're not afraid to evolve it with concrete ideas.
- Figma: You’re a Figma expert. Your work is structured, developer-friendly, and easy for other designers to reuse. You know how to create efficient components, and your prototyping skills let you deliver immersive, testable mockups.
- Design Systems: You’ve worked on (or even built) a UI kit or cross-product Design System. You enjoy collaborating with different teams to ensure your components meet everyone’s needs.
- User Research: You know how to design and run user tests and workshops, analyze qualitative and quantitative data… In short, you suggest the right research approach for each problem.
- Bonus: Skills in SEO and/or UX writing would be a huge plus. Not mandatory, but always appreciated.
What we’re looking for
- Optimism and Proactivity: You're comfortable guiding product owners, pitching ideas, proposing solutions, and discussing them.
- Analytical Skills: You know how to ask the right questions, get people talking, and clearly synthesize needs.
- Team Spirit: You enjoy being part of a diverse team, sharing your thoughts, involving others in your decisions, and documenting your work so it's accessible to everyone.
- Active Listening: You listen carefully to product owners and developers to imagine and implement suitable solutions.
- You can defend your ideas while staying open-minded enough to question them if needed.
- English Proficiency: You're comfortable working with international clients.
- Experience: You've worked in a digital services company and know how to handle multiple projects without getting tangled up. 2–3 years of experience would be ideal.
- Autonomy: You know how to move forward independently, but you also ask for help when needed.
- Curiosity & Culture: Even if you don't code, you’re interested in web integration and how developers work.
- And most importantly: kindness, attention to detail, and a big sense of humor.
